Privacy policy

Your account

If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name and verified email address. We use these details to create and recognise your WTFutures account and display your account information. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive or contacts. Connecting YouTube for social publishing is a separate, optional authorisation described below.

Sessions and preferences

We use essential, secure cookies to complete sign-in and keep you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out invalidates that session. Your browser also stores interface preferences. Our server stores account details, login timestamps and a protected representation of each session token. Temporary sign-in verification records expire after ten minutes. Google access tokens used only for account sign-in are not retained by WTFutures.

Optional social publishing

This feature uses YouTube API Services. Global Admin can connect X, Facebook Pages, linked professional Instagram accounts, Threads profiles and YouTube channels (including Shorts). We store account or channel identifiers, display names and encrypted access and refresh tokens to upload the selected strategy video and publish the approved caption to the selected destinations. YouTube access includes identifying your channel and checking the uploaded video's processing status and visibility. We use this access only for the publishing features you authorise, not advertising, selling data or training AI models.

Uploaded video files are available through an unguessable link for up to 24 hours after an upload; expired files are removed during subsequent upload maintenance. YouTube publishing records are removed within 28 days by scheduled maintenance. Disconnecting YouTube removes its stored channel credentials and associated YouTube publishing history immediately and requests revocation from Google. If Google is unavailable, encrypted revocation credentials and the internal account/client references needed for retries are retained, for less than seven days. Internal coordination identifiers and a one-way duplicate-prevention fingerprint remain; they contain no channel name, video identifier, caption or credential. Maintenance checks authorization daily and removes YouTube data when consent is revoked or cannot be confirmed within 28 days. These deadlines depend on scheduled maintenance, which must be enabled before YouTube uploads are available. We retain other platforms’ publishing history to show progress and prevent duplicate posts. Disconnecting or deleting data stored here does not delete published videos or other content held by YouTube or another platform. Contact us to request deletion of stored publishing information; requests are handled within seven days. You can also revoke Google access in Google account permissions. YouTube and other social platforms process uploads under their own policies, including Google's Privacy Policy.

Shared strategies

Strategy Lab automatically saves qualifying strategy improvements to the public Strategy Library. A shared result includes its market, candle history, indicator settings, trading assumptions and historical test performance. Anyone with access to the library or a share link can view these results. Your Google name and email are not included in public strategy records. Do not put private information into anything you share.

Service providers

Google handles Google sign-in. OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare, deliver the website and store its data. Market and news services supply data used by the product. Requests to these services may include technical information such as an IP address, browser details and the requested market symbol. Service providers may process information outside your country.

We use Google account information for the account features described here, not for advertising, selling personal data or training AI models. We do not currently collect payment card details in this product.

Membership and payments

Stripe handles hosted checkout, recurring payments and membership management. For a billing account, we send Stripe your account name, email and internal account identifier. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status and renewal or cancellation dates. We also record daily generation counts against your account to apply your plan’s allowance. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted pages and are not stored by WTFutures.

Product activity and owner notifications

We record operational events such as account creation, sign-ins, charts opened, strategy generations, published results and membership changes. These help us support members, understand product usage and improve the service. Activity events are normally retained for 90 days and removed during routine dashboard maintenance; account, usage and billing records are retained as needed to run the service and meet business obligations. We do not record your screen, keystrokes or private Google content. Access to user activity is restricted to the WTFutures owner. Resend delivers operational email notifications to the owner, including member names, email addresses and membership events. These are service notifications, not a marketing subscription.

Anonymous site statistics

We count public page requests and uses of shared links on our server without asking you to enable analytics. We immediately combine these into daily totals by broad page category, referring source, registered campaign reference and a recognised ad label. These statistics contain no visitor or account identifier, IP address, browser fingerprint, full referrer URL or individual browsing history. Repeated requests are counted, so these figures are not unique visitor counts. We use the totals to understand how people reach and use the site and to improve it; we do not send them to advertising partners. Daily totals are removed after 90 days during report maintenance. You can exclude this browser using the controls below; we also respect Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control and earlier choices to decline measurement.

Account creation, operational product activity and verified sales reporting continue as part of running the service. Overall sales figures do not depend on optional Analytics or a campaign cookie, and anonymous traffic totals are not joined to customer records.

Private account reporting

We use existing account, saved-result, export-authorisation and verified billing records to report how the service is used, without requiring Google Analytics. When a recognised campaign or shared-link label reaches account creation, we can store that label against the new account for up to 90 days. It identifies the campaign present at signup, not a history of anonymous browsing. We carry these public labels through ordinary site links and the existing ten-minute sign-in state; we do not create an extra visitor cookie, use browser storage or retain advertising click identifiers for this reporting. We also record the first time a live checkout is authorised.

Campaign labels and checkout milestones are private to WTFutures and its hosting providers; they are not sent to Google Analytics or advertising partners by this reporting feature. Account-linked campaign data is personal information. We use it to assess our service and acquisition performance. It is removed during routine maintenance after 90 days or when its account is deleted. Exclude this browser below to prevent new campaign capture and remove the campaign label for your currently signed-in account. DNT and GPC also prevent capture. Existing operational and billing records remain as needed to run the service. Contact us to request access or deletion.

Optional campaign attribution

When you allow optional measurement, a first-party cookie lasting up to 30 days helps us count approximate browser visits and identify which campaign, post, video or shared link led to a new account. We record short campaign references, platform, medium, creative labels, first landing category and referring hostname, but no full referrer URL, IP address or browser fingerprint in this report. Later campaign-link visits are counted separately without changing the original source. We do not identify your social-media profile from a click.

When you create an account, its first recorded visit may be linked to a saved strategy, an authorised Pine export and verified subscription payments, including refunds. Raw attribution and click records are removed after 90 days during report maintenance. Campaign references remain so previously shared links continue to work; public post links follow the existing publishing-history retention rules. Billing records are retained as required for the service and business obligations.

Optional Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand page visits, selected product actions and the journey to a paid membership when you allow analytics. Google receives browser and device information, a pseudonymous analytics identifier, approved event names and clean page addresses. We do not send your name, email address or Google sign-in identifier as analytics dimensions. If you consent while signed in, we hold the pseudonymous Analytics browser and session identifiers for up to 30 days to associate accepted product milestones and a verified first subscription payment with your visit. Delivery records are retained for up to 90 days. We send no internal account identifier to Google. Ordinary analytics does not grant advertising personalisation or enhanced conversions. You can change your choice using the optional analytics controls at the bottom of this Privacy page. We honour browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals, and do not load Google Analytics when those signals are enabled or measurement is declined.

Retention and your choices

Account details remain while your account is active. Expired temporary sign-in records and expired sessions are removed during subsequent sign-in activity. Public strategy snapshots remain available for replay. You can remove WTFutures access from your Google account; contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your WTFutures account information or a shared strategy. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
